FUSIBLE METAL FILM RESISTORS

RFS Nonflame fusible Metal Film Resistors. There are some similarities between Resistors and Fuses in material and structure. Fusible Resistors contain both functions, as being resistor in normal condition and changed into fuse while abnormal current comes in to protect machine and equipment. Since two functions performed by one resistor, the cost therefore saved. Our RFS Fusible Resistors series are produced with precision technique, enabling preisefusing time and stabilized, aiming to reach best quality resistors.

CEMENT TYPE  RESISTORS

Wire Wound Resistor, Cement Type SQ

Wire wound resistors are made by winding the resistance wire on the alkaliless ceramic core, then coated with non-corrosive, heat-proof and humidity-proof material. Cermaic type is sealed with special nonflame cement in the ceramic package.

LOW IMPEDANCE CHIP JUMPER

1.    OUTLINE

          Generally, chip jumper for SMT application consists of conductive material printed on ceramic substrate and, over             coating is made over conductive part for insulation except terminal for soldering. This type of chip jumper uses            Silver-Paradium as conductive material and, this results a comparatively high ipedance compared with jumper wire            made of copper material.

          Thanks to the cooperation of one of the equipment manufacturers, we have succeeded to develop a new chip             jumper which makes it possible to put solder completely covering chip jumper itself in the process of soldering             and, this resulted a very low impedance compared with conventional type chip jumper.

2.    FEATURE

In the process of dipping in solder bath, solder covers whole surface of this chip jumper and this results a very low impedance compared with conventional type of chip jumper.

However, please note that the above is an additive effect and, original impedance of this new chip jumper itself is low enough. So, it contribute to make impedance lower even in reflow sodering method.

For checking, SMT circuit,this new chip jumper is suitable for use as check-land to contact by probe of circuit tester. (According to our experience, probe contact is good enough without cleaning by flux.)

In the soldering process, whole conductive area is to be covered by solder, therefore, solderabilit problem caused by flux-gas in dinning process is negligible.

Dimensions of this new chip jumper are exactly same as the conventional chip jumper and no special chip mounted is required.

3.   MAIN APPLICATION

Audio circuit, Grounder circuit and whatever other circuits which require low impedance.As check-land to make contact by probe of circuit tester.
